Welcome to The Band Room’s Referral Portal. As an authorized partner, you can securely submit basic client details here to refer Fulton County residents to our Safe & Sound program. Once you’ve completed the form, our team will review the referral and reach out directly to the client within 48 hours to gather any additional information and coordinate the support they need.

How It Works

  1. Submit Basic Details
    Provide the client’s name, contact information, and a brief summary of their need—rent, utilities, legal assistance, or other wellness resources.

  2. Our Follow-Up
    Within two business days, our intake coordinator will contact the client by their preferred method to collect any further documentation, explain next steps, and connect them to services.
